The Ministry of Road Transport & Highway (MoRTH) on May 13, 2022 has issued Portal for Access and Utility Permission Category including Industrial & Public Utilities (OFC, Pipelines, Wires etc.) Wayside Amenities & such other facilities along the National Highways. The Portal shall be in effect from May 17, 2022.
