The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) on May 11, 2022 has issued the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Furnishing of Information) (Amendment) Rules, 2022 to further amend the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Furnishing of Information) Rules, 2016. This has come into force on May 11, 2022.
The following has been amended namely: -
• In Form on Data bank under “Basic details” the following amendments has been made namely:
1. For the words “Udyog Aadhaar Number” the words “Udyam Registration Number” shall be substituted
2. The words “Get Udyog Aadhaar” shall be omitted.
