Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on May 21, 2022 has issued a notification to insert certain items in the table of notification no. 11/2021-Customs, dated the 1st February, 2021.

The following item has been inserted, in the above said notification:

• Serial no. 10A, which specifies (a) Anthracite/Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI) coal and (b) Coking coal has been inserted, in the table.

This notification shall come into effect on May 22, 2022.
