The Ministry Of Health And Family Welfare (MoHFW) on May 23, 2022 has issued the draft Drugs (......Amendment) Rules, 2022 to further amend the Drugs Rules, 1945.
The following amendment has been made:
• In schedule K, in serial no. 39, under the heading “Extent and Conditions of Exemptions” the following proviso has been inserted, namely:
“Provided that the condition(d) shall not be applicable for the drugs manufactured on or before 30.11.2022.”
All persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of seven days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing these draft rules are made available to public;
Objections and suggestions which may be received from any person within the period specified above will be considered by the Central Government;
