Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour and Employment, Tamil Nadu on April 25, 2022 has issued the enforcement date for the provisions of medical benefit laid down in Tamil Nadu Employees State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1955 in the area of Nagapattinam District in the State of Tamil Nadu shall come into force on April 1, 2022.
