The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on May 24, 2022 has issued Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 to further amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) Regulations, 2015. This has come into force on May 24, 2022.
The following has been amended namely: -
• In Regulation 21 which specifies “Other powers and function”, a proviso has been inserted under sub-clause (2) namely: -
“Notwithstanding the above, Chairperson is delegated with the power to modify, finalize and approve the said annual report format as and when needed”
