The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on June 03,2022 has issued a notification to extend the validity of Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) on “Toluene Di-Isocyanate (TDI)” which falls under Tariff Item 2929 10 20 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, originating in or exported from China PR, Japan and Korea RP by amending notification no. 3/2018-Customs(ADD), dated the 23rd January, 2018,
The following amendment has been made in the above said notification:
• Paragraph 3, has been inserted in the notification, namely:
“3. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 27th September, 2022, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.”
