The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 07, 2022 has issued a notice regarding the Change of Name on Mandate Form referring to the SEBIs Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-I DOF5/P/CIR/2022/41 dated March 31, 2022 which specifies that On or after July 1, 2022, members should accept new mandates only in favour of SEBI recognised Clearing Corporations and those mandates exclusively be for subscriptions to units of Mutual Fund schemes and not for any other purpose.
BSE advised all its members to submit the physical copy of all the scan mandates uploaded by them from 1st July 2022 to the below mentioned address :
