Labour Compliance The Labour Department of Andhra Pradesh on June 07, 2022 has issued an amendment in Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1988.

The following amendment has been made:

• In rule 11, which specifies constitution of Board, in clause (a), after clause (1), (ia) has been inserted, namely:

“(i-A – Vice-chairman)”
