Secretarial ComplianceThe Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on June 10, 2022, in a press release, warned that several unregulated platforms are offering investors Algorithmic Trading services/facilities to automate their trades. Strategies are being pushed with "claims" of massive returns on investment, as well as "ratings" and assertions that comparable returns would be made in the future. Investors should be aware that these sites are unregulated, and there is no system in place to address investor grievances. As a result, investors should avoid dealing with such unregulated platforms and should not provide any critical personal information to them.
