The Central Electricity Authority (CEA) on June 10, 2022 has issued the Draft Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2022.
These rules shall be applicable to all electrical installation, including electrical plant and electric lines, and persons engaged in generation or transmission or distribution or trading or supply or use of electricity.
