Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on June 16, 2022 has issued a notification to extend the tenure of Uranium Industry as public utility services which is covered under item 19 of the First Schedule of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) by six months with effect from the June 19, 2022.
