The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution on June 17, 2022, In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the amendments in the notification of the Department of Food and Public Distribution, vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8th February 2017, namely: —
In the said notification, -
(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th June 2022”, the words, figures and letters “by 30th September 2022” shall be substituted.
(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th June 2022”, the words, figures and letters “by 30th September 2022” shall be substituted.
