Industry Specific Compliance ESIC to provide medical benefits to families of Bajali district in the State of Assam

The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on June 01, 2022, notifies that the Director-General has fixed June 01, 2022, as the date from, which the medical benefit as laid down in the Regulation 95-A and the Assam Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the entire area of Bajali district in the State of Assam, in addition to the already implemented area in the district.
