The Income Tax Department on June 14, 2022 has issued Notification regarding the availability of e-filing of ITR-5 which specify “form suitable for bodies such as firms, Body of Individuals (BOIs), Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), Artificial Juridical Person (AJP), Association of Persons (AOPs), etc.”

The following has been stated namely: -

• Excel offline Utility for preparing and filing ITR 5 is released

• Once prepared, you can upload the JSON at the Income-tax website
