The Department of Finance, Government of Tripura on June 02, 2022 has issued a notification to waive off the late fee payable for delay in furnishing of the FORM GSTR-4 for the financial Year 2021 -22 by making the following amendment in the Notification No.F.1-11(91) TAX/GST/2o77(Part), dated January 05, 2018.
The following proviso has been inserted, namely:
provided also that the late fee payable for delay in furnishing of the FORM GSTR-4 for the financial Year 2021 -22 under section 47 of the Tripura Good and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall stand waived for the period from May 01, 2022 till June 30,2022."
