The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on July 05, 2022, amended Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Rules, 2015 to Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Amendment Rules, 2022.
In the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Rules, 2015, -
· in Schedule 3, in the entries under item 3, in sub-item (b), after clause (iii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: -
“(iv) Others”.
· in Schedule 7, under the heading “CURRENT LIABILITIES” for item 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“6. Other Current Liabilities
(a) Others (Specify)”.
· in Schedule 21, - (A) items 23, 24, and 25 shall be omitted; and (B) items 26 to 32 shall respectively be renumbered as items 23 to 29 thereof.
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
