The Finance (Expenditure-I) Department on July 11, 2022, makes the following amendment in the notification of this Government No. 03/2021-State Tax, dated the 25/05/2022 published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(3)/Fin.(Exp-I)/ 2022-23/DS-I/438, dated May 25., 2022, namely: -
In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words “hereby notifies that the provisions of”, the words, brackets, figure and letter “sub-section (6A) or” shall be inserted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from September 24, 2021.
