MoF substitutes an entry from an older CGST

Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on July 13, 2022 has issued a notification to substitute and entry in an older notification by amending notification no. 10/2019-Central Tax, dated March 07, 2019.

The following amendment has been made in the above said notification:

• In the table for the entry against serial no. 4, which specifies Fly ash bricks or fly ash aggregate with 90 per cent. or more fly ash content; Fly ash blocks, has been substituted.

This notification shall come into force from July 18, 2022.
