Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) on July 20, 2022, in the public interest for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh Pipeline should be laid for implementation of the Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Limited.   And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline. It is necessary to acquire the right of the user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification. 

Now, therefore, in the exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 3 of the petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of a user therein;  Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may submit an objection in writing to Competent Authority, IHB Limited, Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline (KGPL), Dist.-Prayagraj (UP) within twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public.
