Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Finance Department, Uttar Pradesh on July 2022 has issued Notification to rescind Notification No. KA.NI.-2-1823/XI-9(47)/17], dated December 12, 2017 which specifies “prescribe 2.5% concessional TGST rate on certain goods when supplied to specific public funded research institutes under specified conditions”. This has come into force on July 18, 2022.
