Secretarial ComplianceThe Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on July 29, 2022, issued notice on the implementation of the Security Council Resolution on Democratic People‘s Republic of Korea (Amendment) Order, 2021. In this regard, on July 26, 2022, UNSC established pursuant to Resolutions 1718 (2006) concerning the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), made amendments to 44 entries on its list of individuals and entities which are subject to the sanctions.

Stock exchanges/ Depositories/ AMFI/ Registered intermediaries are advised to note the above-said information and take measures in line with the relevant laws and regulations of the Government of India, to implement the Non-Proliferation Orders with respect to the updated lists of the UNSC Resolution 1718 Sanctions committee.
