The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on August 01,2022, issued a notification regarding the amendment in the import policy condition of Malonylurea (Barbituric Acid) and its salts under Chapter 29 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule I (Import Policy) and came to the conclusion that import of Malonylurea (Barbituric Acid) and its salts shall be allowed without NOC from Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior.
The following policy condition has been deleted:
Subject to Policy Condition No. of Chapter 29 i.e. "No Objection Certificate (NOC) require from Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, before import of the item.
