The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) on August 02, 2022, amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Levy of Fee and Other Charges) Regulations, 2007 to Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Levy of Fee and Other Charges) Amendment Regulations, 2022.
i.In S. No. 3 under the head ‘Pipeline Proposal’ the words namely ‘/Tie-in connectivity pipeline’ shall be inserted after the words “spur line”.
ii.After S. No. 11, S. No. 12 and 13 shall be inserted.
iii.In regulation 4 sub-regulation (2A), shall be substituted.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
