Industry Specific Compliance The Delhi Government on August 05, 2022, launches an online portal for receiving the application under Sections 14, 15 & 16 of the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act is available on the URL https://dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.gov.in/shopexemption/.

With effect from August 8, 2022, all interested parties are instructed to use the aforementioned services offered on the internet https://dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.gov.in/shopexemption/ instead of submitting physical applications to our office.
