The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on August 10, 2022, further amended the Drugs Rules, 1945 by vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare) number G.S.R. 227(E), dated March 29, 2022, and invite objections and suggestions received from the public on the said draft, before the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette containing the said notification were made available to the public.
The following amendment has been made-
In the Drugs Rules, 1945, in rule 127, in sub-rule (1), for the proviso, the proviso shall be substituted, which is attached to the document.
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
