The Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 08, 2022, hereby makes further amendments to the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 to the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
The following are the amendment-
•In the said rules, in rule 46, after clause (r), clause (s) shall be inserted.
•In the said rules, in rule 86, after clause (4A), clause (4B) shall be inserted.
•In the said rules, in rule 88(A), after rule (88B) shall be inserted.
•In the said rules Form GSTR- 3B has been amended.
•In the said rules Form GSTR- 9 has been amended.
