The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on August 18, 2022, invited comments, suggestions, and objections were solicited from the stakeholders on the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2022 by July 11, 2022, Keeping in view comments received from stakeholders, a Supplementary notification to the Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2022 is issued.
