The Government of Uttarakhand on August 08, 2022, issues Minimum Wages for all India Consumer Price Index 2016 above 428 marks in engineering industries employing 50 or more employees as per Order No. 2482/36-1-2000-549 (S.T.)-84 on the basis of average index 1693 from January 2022 to June 2022, the rates of variable dearness allowance will be payable as per the following table-
Establishments employing 150 to 500 persons-
1.For Unskilled employees monthly basic minimum wage is 2535 and Variable Dearness Allowance payable on average 1693 from August 01, 2022, to January 31, 2023, is 7540.
2.For Semiskilled employees monthly basic minimum wage is 2785 and Variable Dearness Allowance payable on average 1693 from August 01, 2022, to January 31, 2023, is 8283.
3.For Accomplished employees monthly basic minimum wage is 3090 and Variable Dearness Allowance payable on average 1693 from August 01, 2022, to January 31, 2023, is 9190.
Establishments employing more than 500 persons-
1.For Unskilled employees monthly basic minimum wage is 2660 and Variable Dearness Allowance payable on average 1693 from August 01, 2022, to January 31, 2023, is 7911.
2.For Unskilled employees monthly basic minimum wage is 2925 and Variable Dearness Allowance payable on average is 1693 from August 01, 2022, to January 31, 2023, which is 8699.
3.For Unskilled employees monthly basic minimum wage is 3190 and Variable Dearness Allowance payable on average is 1693 from August 01, 2022, to January 31, 2023, which is 9488.
These are applicable from August 01, 2022, to January 31, 2023.
