Labour Compliance The Government of Kerala on August 02, 2022 has issued the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments (Amendment) Rules, 2022 to further amend the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Rules, 1961.

The following amendment have been made:

• Rule 2E shall be omitted;

• Sub-rule (3) of rule 2G shall be omitted;

• Rule 12A shall be omitted;

• Form H shall be omitted.
