Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying on August 25, 2022, issued the draft rules of the Animal Birth Control Rules, 2022. The said draft rules have been published and the Ministry is seeking public comments within sixty days of its publication. Any person can make suggestions and objections to the draft rules and the same can be sent to the Ministry for consideration. 

These rules will come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
