Industry Specific Compliance The Directorate of Food & Drugs Administration (DFDA), Goa on August 29, 2022, issued a notification regarding making license compulsory for all Class A and Class B medical devices with effect from October 01, 2022. The central government has notified vide notification no. GSR 102(E) dated February 02, 2022, that for the manufacture of all Class A & Class B medical devices licenses will be mandatory under Medical Devices Rules, 2017. A copy of the same has been uploaded on the official website i.e. www.dfda.goa.gov.in.
