Secretarial ComplianceThe Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on August 29, 2022 has issued Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2022 to further amend the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014. This has come into force on August 29, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• E-form Form No. DIR-3-KYC and web-form 3-KYC-WEB has been substituted.
