Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on August 31, 2022 has issued amendment to the Finance Act, 2002. This has come into force on September 01, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Aviation Turbine Fuel which comes under S. No. 4 in the Eighth Schedule shall now be Rs. 12 per litre.
