The Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Bihar RERA) on September 07, 2022, notified Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations (Amendment), 2022, further amended Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations (Amendment), 2021.
The amendments are as follows-
•Amendment in Regulation No. 2 “Definition”.
•Amendment in Form 1, 2, and 3 as mentioned in Regulation No.3.
•Amendment in Regulation No.5 “Submission of Application”.
•Amendment in Regulation No.6 which is Landowner to be Treated as Promoter or Allottee.
•Amendment in Regulation No. 7 which is Fee for changes required.
•Amendment in Regulation No. 8 which is Display Boards also 8A. Information/Documents to be Uploaded by Promoter on the Website.
•Amendment in Regulation No. 15 which is for Form 5.
•Amendment in Regulation No. 20 which is “20-Rectification of Order’’.
•Addition of Regulation 22A which is “22-A Documents to be submitted on Completion of Project”.
•Amendment in Regulation No. 24 which is 24- “Execution of Orders”, also the addition of Form 8.
•Amendment in Regulation No. 31 which is Common facilities.
This amendment shall come into force on the date of its Gazette Notification in the Official Gazette.
