The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on September 05, 2022, hereby makes the following amendment in FORM I (Market Value Guidelines of Urban Plots) of the Jammu and Kashmir Preparation and Revision of Market Guidelines Rules, 2011 namely:
1.After column 5 under the heading Value of Plot Per Kanal, the following column and the entry shall be inserted, namely: "6. Industrial Land"
2.The explanation shall be added to the bottom of Form 1
"Explanation. 'Industrial Land' means- the Land used or intended to be used for the establishment of Industrial units for manufacturing, production, Fabrication or assembly process and ancillary services thereto."
