PSPCL issues information regarding payment of MSME

Commercial ComplianceThe Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) on September 07, 2022, issued information regarding the payment of MSME. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide Notification dated January 22, 2019, has directed all companies, who get supplies of goods or services from micro and small enterprises and whose payments to micro and small enterprise supplies exceed forty-five days from the date of acceptance or the date of deemed acceptance of the goods or services, shall submit a half yearly return to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs stating the following: 

• the amount of Payment due; and 

• the reasons for the delay

All the concerned HODs who are covered under the notification are requested that any payment outstanding for more than 45 days as on March 31, 2022, be intimated to this office through their Director-in-Charge within 15 days positively so that the requisite form may be filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
