The Government of Punjab on September 05, 2022, notified that the Punjab Right to Business (Amendment) Rules, 2022 will further amend the Punjab Right to Business Rules, 2020.
The amendments are as follows-
•In the said rules, in Form – I, in the undertaking, in serial no. iii, for the words “the Punjab Right to Business Rules, 2020”, the words “the Punjab Right to Business Act, 2020” shall be substituted.
•In the said rules, in Form – II, in the undertaking, in serial no. iii, for the words “the Punjab Right to Business Rules, 2020”, the words “the Punjab Right to Business Act, 2020” shall be substituted.
•In the said rules, in Form – III, in serial no. 3, in item (vi), for the word “and” appearing in the third line, the word “to” shall be substituted.
•In the said rules, in Form – IV, in serial no. 3, in item (vi), for the word “and” appearing in the third line, the word “to” shall be substituted.
They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
