The Ministry of Power (MoP) on September 15, 2022, issued a notification to extend the last date for submitting comments on the draft Electricity (Amendment) Rules, 2022 for 10 days i.e. till September 21, 2022. Earlier the date was fixed for comments on the draft Electricity (Amendment) Rules, 2022 by September 11, 2022. Therefore, it is requested that comments on these draft Rules may please be furnished to this Ministry latest by September 21, 2022. The comments may also be emailed to [email protected].
