The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on September 20, 2022, notified the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2022 to further amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
The amendments are as follows-
•In regulation 31, after clause (b), the “(ba) fee payable to the Board under regulation 31A” shall be inserted.
•In the principal regulations, after regulation 31, the 31A. A regulatory Fee shall be inserted.
They shall come into force with effect from October 01, 2022.
