Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on September 21, 2022, issued a notification to amend notification No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) dated April 02, 1997.

The following amendment has been stated:

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4 relating to the State of Gujarat, in column (3), after the entry at item (xiv), the entry “(xv) Taluka Manaba, Distt. Morbiand and the corresponding entry in column (4), the Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods” has been inserted.
