Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 22, 2022, issued a notification to incorporate substances or natural materials or salts or preparation of such substances or materials in the list of psychotropic substances specified in the Schedule to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 

The following amendment has been made:

In the Schedule, after serial number 110ZT, the following serial numbers have been inserted.
