The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution on September 23, 2022, issued a notification hereby making the amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, vide number S.O. 371(E), dated February 08, 2017.
The following has been amended-
(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words figures and letters “by September 30, 2022”, the words, figures and letters “by December 31, 2022” shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures, and letters “by September 30, 2022”, the words, figures, and letters “by December 31, 2022” shall be substituted.
