Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW) on September 27, 2022, issued the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Fourth Amendment) Order, 2022 to further amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985. 

The following has been amended, namely:

• In Clause 29, sub-rule 3 the following have been substituted:

o for the word “two” the word “one” has been substituted; 

o for the figures "2020" the figures " 2022" has been substituted.
