Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Finance Department, Delhi on September 28, 2022, issued a notification to amend the Fourth Schedule appended to Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. 

The following has been amended:

The Fourth Schedule appended to Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, the existing Serial No. 2 has been substituted: 

“Liquor (Foreign and Indian Made Foreign Liquor) - 25 paise in the rupee” 

This notification will come into force with effect from September 01, 2022.
