Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW) on September 29, 2022, notified that the Seeds (Amendment) Rules, 2022 will further amend the Seeds Rules 1968.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 

The following amendment has been made-

•In rule 36 which specifies fees, for the letters and figures “Rs. 10/-” the words “rupees one thousand” shall be substituted.
