The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on September 30, 2022 has notified regarding Liquidity Adjustment Facility- Change in rates. This has come into force on September 30, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Based on the Monetary Policy Statement dated September 30, 2022, it has been decided to increase the policy Repo rate under the Liquidity Adjustment Facility (LAF) by 50 basis points from 5.40 per cent to 5.90 per cent.
• The standing deposit facility (SDF) rate and marginal standing facility (MSF) rate stand adjusted to 5.65 per cent and 6.15 per cent respectively.
