Labour ComplianceThe Labour Planning, Training and Skill Development Department, Jharkhand on September 29, 2022 has issued Notification regarding the rate of wages for contract workers under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. The rates shall be applicable from October 1, 2022.

The following is the total wages per month namely: -

• Unskilled Workers –  Rs. 10,422.43

• Semi-Skilled Workers –  Rs. 10,915.71

• Skilled Workers –  Rs. 14,511.84

• Super Skilled Workers –  Rs. 16,628.14
