The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 30, 2022 has issued amendment to Notification No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.) dated the November 21, 1994 which states “Certain Land Customs Station for the clearance of all goods or any class of goods imported or exported by land from or to the land frontiers specified”
The following has been stated namely: -
• In the Entry for Bangladesh against the Land Custom Station Jagannathghat Steamer Station and Rajaghat the following routes has been changed namely: -
“(a) Road connecting Phulbari in India and Bangla Bandhu in Bangladesh.
(b) The pipeline of M/s Numaligarh Refinery Ltd. connecting NRL Siliguri Marketing Terminal in India to Parbatipur in Bangladesh."
