Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 01, 2022, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, which is allied to the Special Additional Excise Duty for exports of petrol and diesel. 

The following has been amended:

In Table, against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 3.50 per litre” has been substituted. 

This notification will come into force on October 02, 2022.
